In March of 2009, the U.S. Forest Service announced the total motorized closure of the Badger/Two Medicine area. The Badger Two Medicine is a 130,000-acre region just south of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation and Glacier National Park.
The Coalition for Common Sense Use was formed in response to this action. This grassroots movement is about more than motorized access to our public lands. Our members include farmers, ranchers, people from the petroleum, gem and mineral industries, horsemen, bicyclists, motorcycle riders, snowmobilers, and business people.
